A primary school teacher’s role is basically to make sure that they impart fundamental concepts and courses as streamlined by the school curriculum. In addition to this, he or she is supposed to develop a close relationship with students in the class, evaluate their progress while molding them into responsible citizens.

1. Pass numeracy, literacy and ICT tests.
2. Clear a police background check (CRB).
3. A score of C or above in GCSE exams.
