Nobody knows your performance levels like yourself, and in your own mind you will know when you feel you’re performing well or perhaps underperforming.

You should always consider your own performance and think about the student’s expectations. Are you meeting their needs? Where can you improve? How can you achieve it? These are the questions you should constantly be asking yourself, and if you can answer those questions, you’re more likely to be able to perform more consistently on a regular basis.
